This approach is all about you! Sessions begin with preliminary discussion and evaluation to find out where exactly you need to focus. This hour of exercise can consist of a combination of body weight functional exercise, weight lifting, Pilates reformer and mat, suspension stability challenges and spine decompression. It will be challenging and effective. Specifically focused on what you need.

This One on one Pilates flow session is refreshing and challenging. Your body will learn where the deep muscles are and how to target them to help you develop the most efficient and least injury prone movement patterns with all of your activities.

This One on one class focuses on breathing and postural awareness to help you stay strong and pliable. We can use parasetter , reformer, suspension, balance challenges and matwork to keep you feeling flexible and ready for anything life sends your way.
Suspension Basics and Progressions
Use gravity to your advantage- smart and fun!
One on one session to lead you through an invigorating, challenging and intelligent class using suspension equipment in your own home or in our studio. You will appreciate the extra level of stability challenge that suspension offers, also the ability to hang and decompress your spine and fun you can have swinging and relaxing in your sling.

Improve in the dance studio in this One on one session. Address specific technical challenges that you find to be elusive. This work will focus on areas where you may be susceptible to injury to help you do the right things to gain strength or flexibility where you need it most. Use your best technique to take you to the edge of what you think is possible.

In this One on one session we will look at the anatomy, flexibility and strength of your feet. Whether you dance on pointe, barefoot or in character shoes gaining the best possible strength, flexibility and alignment in your feet and ankles is so important for success in dance.

Cardio and dance specific technical elements.
Fun and challenging One on one workout to improve endurance, strength and flexibility. We will jump, plank, stretch and balance including use of suspension slings with special focus on increased endurance and improved quality of dance technique.
The focus is on your body and your best arabesque.
This One on one session will be designed to help you gain the correct amount of flexibility and strength in your back, hips and core so that you can achieve improved line and ease with your arabesque. Also includes home exercises recommended for continued progress!
Dance Technique-Turn Out
The focus is on your body and achieving your best turn out.
In this One on one session we will look at your body's anatomy, flexibility and strength to help you know how much turn out you can potentially achieve. Next we will show you how to access the right muscles and help you with placement so that you can show off your best turn out whenever required. Also includes home exercise recommendations for continued progression.

Is this growing girl ready to begin Pointe?
Beginning to train in pointe shoes is an important milestone for a young dancer. Starting without the best anatomy or before the dancer has accomplished the strength and motor control necessary to progress successfully can add a lot of stress and possibly injury. Jen can check the foot and ankle anatomy and parameters of strength and flexibility recommended by the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and based on the results, recommend how to proceed in beginning pointe work.

Friends Dance Specific Exercise Training
Book friends together, 3 students always 6 feet apart.
Exercise with your friends to get stronger, more flexible with a focus of becoming the best dancer you can be. This class will focus on good alignment also discussions about how to make smart decisions about your body while involved in rigorous dance training.
